Howard is the Founding Partner (now retired) of Dicker & Dicker LLP

Howard began his career in private practice as General Counsel for Ben Weingart and Tragniew, Inc. – the then largest property owner in the City of Los Angeles – American Savings and Loan, and Associated Hosts, Inc. – a national restaurant and hotel chain. Specific areas of practice include real property acquisition and management, development, leasing, construction, financing, joint ventures, and general real estate law.

Howard has participated as a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and has served as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He has also serves as a Board Member on many charitable foundations.

Currently, Howard uses his business sense and legal experience to assist in management and to negotiate favorable property acquisitions and financing for his clients. He has extensive experience in structuring long term lease transactions, the management of real properties, and advising on long-term property development transactions.

After serving his country in the U.S. Armed Forces, Howard received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California.
