David H. Dicker

David has been representing corporations and individuals in high risk litigation for more than nineteen years including, business litigation, real property transactions, construction law, and labor and employment. David has served as lead counsel in trials all over California, and has obtained favorable results in mediations across the country. David has developed comprehensive strategies for handling complex litigation and has successfully implemented those strategies in negotiations as well as in the courtroom.

David also focuses his practice in transactional matters, such as sophisticated contract negotiations and business advice and planning. He has extensive experience in negotiating license agreements involving intellectual property, supply agreements, manufacturing agreements and complex research and development projects, forming business entities with tax considerations, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. His clients seek his counsel because of his reputation for efficiently handling all elements of a case while always keeping the lines of communication between attorney and client open.
