Hagar Cohen

Hagar practice focuses on business litigation, corporate transactions, labor & employment, and environmental law. Her experience in civil litigation includes managing voluminous caseloads in both state and federal courts, from filing and serving the initial complaint to resolution of the case, whether by dismissal, settlement, or trial. Hagar has participated in all phases of litigation, including discovery; drafting all levels of pre-trial motions; arguing motions at hearings, and attending court-mandated conferences. Her aggressive motion practice, coupled with her knack for applying the facts to each unique circumstance, has consistently resulted in favorable outcomes for her clients, whether by early dismissal or settlement.

While completing her Juris Doctorate at Southwestern Law School, Hagar was a member of both the Moot Court Honors Program and Southwestern’s Journal of International Law. She is a published author and has received three CALI awards throughout law school.

Hagar is admitted to practice law in Arizona, California and Washington.
