Julie is a Partner and head of the Estate Planning Section of Dicker & Dicker LLP

Drawing upon over fifteen years’ experience handling all aspects of estate planning, Julie is an innovator in the use of legal strategies to benefit her clients’ needs. Prior to joining Dicker & Dicker in 1988, Julie worked for Breidenbach, Buckley, Hutching, Halm & Hamblet, where she gained extensive experience in advising individuals, executives and business owners in the areas of wealth preservation, sophisticated estate and tax planning, and business succession planning. Her ability to effectively communicate with her clients on economic as well as social and moral issues creates a solid working relationship between Dicker & Dicker and each individual client.

Julie’s practice is focused on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and the representation of beneficiaries and fiduciaries alike. Julie represents individuals and families in the full range of estate planning, including everything from wills, trusts, and powers of attorney to probate and trust administration to the transfer of wealth while minimizing or eliminating estate tax, gift tax and generation-skipping transfer tax. Her clients include owners of closely held businesses, corporate executives, self-employed professionals, families with inherited wealth, and foreign royalty.
